Fitness & Strength Training

The One-on-One Personal Training sessions consist of a mixture of core stability training, aerobic activity, strength training, and stretching. Yasmin will discuss your goals before you begin and she will put together a workout tailored to your desired outcome, and to your capabilities to ensure that you meet those goals injury free.

The strength training may include work with body weight, free weights, therabands, fitness balls, medicine balls, and the Bosu ball in your home or gym.

Rate: Price is determined in advance by Specialized Travel Packages (by Land, Air or Sea), Specialize Training Programs, Video Training (FaceTime, Skype or Mobile Meetup), Outdoor Training and Multiple Session Pricing.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel / reschedule an appointment or the full session will be charged.
